THE TEAM
You will be directly responsible for a super-charged, and demanding team of 4 digital natives. However, you can expect access to a wider range of digital resources is within GroupM and your own team, extending to over 50 creative and production talents. Whilst members of your team are technically savvy, they will need to feed and grow off your inspiration.
THE WORK
Your duties include:
- Developing client-savvy digital strategies harnessing the full spectrum of web/mobile channels.
- Gaining trust and respect from your team and client.
- Stretching and challenging the capabilities of your team, constantly building up capability.
- Presenting your innovative ideas in a way that gets buy-in.
- Influencing & Persuading even those how are not your direct reports
- Project managing display, search and social campaigns.
