· The General Manager will oversee the 1090 room property, 11
restaurants, convention centre and function/meeting space. The candidate should
be highly motivated, driven and committed. Good Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Hospitality,
Strategy or Tourism.
· The candidate must be very knowledgeable in sales,
marketing and operations.
· Applicants
should possess an outstanding career record in the hotel industry with a
successful track record of achievements. The candidate must be able to achieve
excellent financial results through maximizing revenues, delivering outstanding
guest service, high product quality and building a loyal operational sales
team. The ideal candidate will be a very hands on person committed to be number
1 in the market place. This candidate must have strong leadership skills and
enjoy working in teams.

communication skills, verbal and written with proficiency in English.
