| Job Title: Expat Segment Marketing Assistant |
| Description |
Our Client is one of Asia's leading hospital's and they are currently seeking an Expat Segment Marketing Assistant who specialises in corporate and Insurance Liasion.
Education Minimum Bachelor Degree; Master is preferred.
Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience with fluent English and moderately fluent in verbal Japanese language. Ideally a Thai national with French/German language and cultural experience. Alternately, a long-term French/German expatriate.
- Understanding and utilizing sales and marketing tools to create sales. Ability to proactively seek and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong project management skills. On time and reliable.
- Self motivating and good initiatives. Ability to work in a team environment.
- Good written and verbal interpersonal communication skills, proven ability to organize projects that require involvement from different departments and cooperation with managers who are not subordinates.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel. Other computer ability is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Together with the Marketing Manager, able to coordinate workshops and seminars, follow up with corporate and insurance clients, build relationships on corporate level.
- Together with the Corporate Sales team, proactively visit companies, organizations and associations to introduce hospital services, provide support and assistance to serve these clients needs on medical/clinical knowledge and activities. Must actively monitor accounts.
- Maintain good contacts, market relations and do regular competitor analysis.
- Attend community events at flexible schedule including weekends and outside office hours as required.
- Offer friendly, client-oriented hospital facility tour
- Establish and maintain effective cross-departmental working relationships.
- Maintain accurate files and records.
