Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

Responsible for financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations.  Provide leadership and coordination in the business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company and the Group.

Financial:

• Manage Reporting & Analysis activities
• Coordinate, review and analyze Tax planning
• Manage Group cash flow and Inter-Company movement of Funds
• Create, monitor, update & communicate internal control procedures
• Manage and coordinate the Monthly/Quarterly Re-forecasting Process
• Manage and finalize Year-End Projects Accruals
• Ensure the Accounts Receivable collection process is streamlined and payments from clients followed up thoroughly
• Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor

Project Management:

• Ensure Intercompany Projects are documented and accounted for appropriately
• Ensure Project Revenue and Cost are recognized in proportion of the work done

Corporate Management:

• Provide leadership and management to subordinates on Reporting and Business Analysis matters
• Ensure finance staff is trained and team organized to perform the work required
• Provides support and coordination to Management with Projects and Operational Planning

Quality:

• To ensure that the Quality Management System is implemented for Projects financial aspects

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors of Finance & Accounting
  Position open to foreigner
• Post Graduate Professional Accounting Qualification or Master preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in Finance & Accounting
• Minimum 7 years experience in Finance Analysis

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience in the construction / project management industry
• Knowledge of Accounting & Tax principles
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Strong Knowledge of reporting procedures
• Experience of business and finance analysis
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Excellent Communication skills
